A Satay Stir-Fry spice blend without the nasties! Made with all-natural ingredients, this blend helps you create a healthy and fuss-free satay stir-fry, whipped up within 30 minutes. 

Mingle’s NEW Satay Stir-Fry Sachet was created after realising that current supermarket offerings were full of hidden nasties. Like many meal base sachets, satay sauces are often filled with many nasties. These ingredients include vegetable oils, lots of added sugar, high salt content, preservatives, emulsifying agents and dairy products (a watch out for all you vegans!).

This tasty and healthy alternative allows a great classic meal to be welcomed back to the dinner table.

Serving size: 7.5g per serve is low FODMAP, 4 serves per sachet.

Ingredients: Fennel, Coriander, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cumin, White Pepper, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cumin, White Pepper, Ginger, Chilli, Sweet Paprika, Caraway, Nutmeg, Cardamon.
