Directions

1. Measure 100–200mL of food or fluid.

2. Add one scoop of AdVital Powder (a scoop is enclosed in the pack).

3. Stir or shake them together until the powder has dissolved, and enjoy!

Serving size information: A 25g serve (1 scoop) is low FODMAP, 28 serves per 700g tin.

This product is a Low FODMAP food and is certified under the Monash University Low FODMAP program https://www.monashfodmap.com/.

One serve of this product is low in FODMAPs and can assist with following the Monash University Low FODMAP DietTM. A strict low FODMAP diet should only be commenced under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Monash University has assessed this product as being low in FODMAPs but has not assessed its suitability as a therapeutic good.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Close lid securely after use. Always use clean and dry scoop (provided). Flavour Creations recommends use of the ‘2-hour/4-hour rule’ for serving vulnerable persons. Refrigerate between serving, and discard any unused product after 24 hours.
