Instructions: 

Gut Glow can be enjoyed in a range of ways:

  • Mixing into yoghurt
  • Eating with a bit of cold milk (like muesli)
  • Using as a base for bliss balls
  • Add 30ml of hot water for a warm and comforting snack (literally just a splash or it goes a bit soggy)
  • Add as a smoothie boost

*It is recommended to give the product a good mix before consuming to disperse any clumps – just dig your spoon into the pouch and stir. 

**Store in a cool, dark place. In warm weather, we recommend storing in the fridge. Consume within 10 days of opening. 

Serving size: A 40g serve is low FODMAP, 8 serves per 320g pack.
