Lemon Leaf lasagnes are 100% gluten-free with our house made and fresh lasagne sheets using a legume flour (lupin). Lupin flour is a healthier option than grain flour, standing out for its high protein and fibre contents. The combined ingredients are of great quality, fresh and locally sourced, layered to add flavour and balance in a perfect combo.
