Our much loved Choc Fudge Brownie is a heavenly mix of the finest ingredients including fair trade cocoa and 36% Australian-made dark chocolate. Our brownie mix is one of the very few containing REAL CHOCOLATE pieces within the blend giving you a fudge home-made texture and taste.

Quick and easy to prepare, one bowl some milk, butter and eggs (or substitutes) and 20 minutes in the oven – delish!
Also available in 3kg foodservice packs from foodservice distributors.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (36%) (sugar, sustainable palm oil, cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin, 492), flavours, Cocoa solid (12%)), gluten-free self-raising flour (maize starch, tapioca starch, soy flour, rice flour, raising agents (575, 501, 500)), brown sugar and cocoa powder
