At last! A light, crisp batter mix ideal for vegetables, prawns, scallops, fish, chicken... in fact anything you want to batter.

Simply mix with water, did your food into the batter and deep or shallow fry. Allow to drain on kitchen paper, dust with a little salt and presto - a delicious diner or entree!

Serving size information: A 25g serve is low FODMAP, ~4 serves per 85g pack.
