Simply Wize Gluten Free Cheese Deli Wafers are delicious tasting wafers with a very light crispy texture. They're flavoured with cheese powder, but low in lactose (the 'D' in the FODMAP acronym) at the specified serve, so go on and pair them with your favourite low FODMAP spreads, dips & pates.

Serve size: 10g per serve is low FODMAP. Certified by FODMAP Friendly.
