For this BBQ sauce, the Smoke N' team we combined a little sweet, a little heat, and a splash of vinegar to create this award winning sauce.

Don't mistake this for a Carolina style vinegar sauce, just a splash of vinegar was used to bridge the gap between sweet and the heat at the end. This creates a very well rounded, balanced flavour profile sure to be a family favourite!

This sauce brought us awards in both Chicken and Pulled Pork categories in Kansas City Barbeque Society competitions.
