Formulated especially for you, these yummy puddings have been manufactured on a gluten free production line, and developed with an eye for detail around the serving size and ingredients suitable, per serve, of dried fruit and alcohol.

The quantities of all ingredients have been quantified in line with scientific guidelines, and deemed suitable for people with IBS.

The product is sealed in a vacuum pouch for long shelf life, and comes packaged in a decorative box.

Serving size information: The Small Pudding weighs 500g, with 5 serves of 100g each.

Ingredients: Water, Flour (Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Dextrose, Thickeners (1422, 415)), Sugar, Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid (E330)), Breadcrumbs (Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Soy Flour, Raising Agents (500, 575), Yeast, Vinegar, Salt), Brandy, Pale Ale, Margarine, Cranberries, Raisins, Currants, Egg, Milk, Mixed Spice, Nutmeg, Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Dried fruit (cranberries, raisins & currants): Present in small enough amounts of each fruit, to be within FODMAP guidelines according to the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet™.
