Gluten Free Pancakes Recipe

  • 125g of your choice of gluten free flour
  • 1 egg
  • 250mL milk
  • 1tbs butter
  • Mixed berries, to serve
  • Whipped cream, to serve


1. Sift flour into bowl and make a well in the centre. Crack in the egg and half of the milk. Whisk until a paste consistency. Slowly whisk in the rest of the milk until lump free.

2. Heat a small non-stick pan and grease with the butter. Use a ladle to pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan once the butter begins to foam. Swirl the batter around the pan until it is coating the bottom with a thin layer of mixture.

3. Cook for a few minutes and flip once golden brown on the bottom. Repeat the same on the other side. Use more butter if necessary between pancakes.

4. Top with your choice of whipped cream and mixed berries for some delicious gluten free pancakes!
